• BIJ was founded for the purpose of "generating beauty, interest, and justice." It applies the optical and image processing technology of its parent (Inter Action Corporation), which it intends to turn into a wide variety of customer products.
• At present, its main products are related to security (such as “Smart Trap” and “Roll Sheet Sensor”). Harnessing image processing technology of its parent company, “Smart Trap” is a type of chronographic detection software that can make detections merely by drawing a line on the screen with a mouse. “Roll Sheet Sensor” is a mat sensor that uses custom optical technology and filled with optical fiber (it is the first sensor of its type that can be installed outdoors).

• Meijo Nanocarbon is an R&D-oriented firm founded under the leadership of Dr. Yoshinori Ando of Meijo University, who contributed to the discovery of the carbon nanotube (CNT).
