After joining in Nippon Radiator (presently Calsonic Kansei) as a mechanical engineer, he aarticipated in the founding of Watami Food Services (presently Watami Co., Ltd.) and served as managing director and led the process to IPO as well as listing on Tokyo Stock Exchange First Section. He is a co-founder of TNP.

Yoji Shimbori
Representative Director, CEO
Founded TNP in 2000 and has led investments and hands-on development process for several dozen companies. He has a highly reliable network of owners of listed companies located in Kanagawa Prefecture from his work at Nomura Securities. Key member in the planning of the concepts and mechanisms of the venture support organization “TSUNAMI.” He has a record of accomplishment of leading numerous start-up companies to IPO in the Japan stock exchanges.

Katsuhiro Yamashita
Director
Co-founded TNP. Mr. Yamashita has over 21 years’ experience in securities investment in high technology companies, as well as being a well-practiced expert of management of technology in his own right. Before joining TNP, he was the Manager of the Corporate Department of Nomura Securities.
