CEO
David Hoppe is a corporate transactional lawyer with over fifteen years of experience in the areas of corporate finance, venture capital investment and emerging company work, capital markets, mergers/acquisitions and structured finance, as well as a broad range of other corporate matters. His venture capital experience includes significant representations of both investment firms and venture-backed companies, and his capital markets experience includes domestic and international IPOs of various sizes, representing both underwriters and issuers. Mr. Hoppe has lived and worked in Japan for several years, and a principal focus of his practice is assisting Japanese companies with business in the US and internationally. Mr. Hoppe continues his law practice while serving as CEO of the General Partner and Fund Manager.
