Katsuhiro Yamashita

Mr. Yamashita brings over 21 years experience of securities management and investment in high tech companies. His domain knowledge is Business Development, which is the core expertise for development and innovations in Semiconductors, Materials and Industrial sectors. He was a Director in PI R&D Co., Ltd., a leader in Polyimide Materials, and he has been involved in hands-on including management of technology from R&D stage through mass production. In 2002, he directed BeMap in filing for IPO. With his deep understanding of the Japanese securities market and his experiences in formulation of securities investment strategy, he helps portfolio companies in development towards exits via IPO.
Hirohide Harakawa
Director and Investment Manager
Mr. Harakawa brings over 18 years of experience from securities industry and venture investments at TNP. His domain expertise is in Biotechnology segment. He was also instrumental in organizing a successful IPO of Shicoh, a high performance micromotor manufacturer for cell phones. His career at Nomura Securities is highlighted with successful IPO of eight companies, FANCL, PALTEK, SHOWA SHINKU, ONEX, Altech, I.A, PC DEPOT, and Meiko Electronics, as well as with post-IPO corporate financing of two companies FUJI SOFT and Watami.
Yasushi Takagi
Director and Investment Manager
Mr. Takagi brings over 18 years experience in venture investing and securities management. In his 5 years at TNP he focused heavily on Semiconductor (devices and equipment) and Communication. At Nomura Securities, he contributed the successful IPO and post IPO corporate finance of two companies Takano and Three F, and one successful IPO of Computer Institute of Japan. He is a Chartered Member of The Security Analysts Association of Japan.
